The "Basket" (click the button in the header) lists all the photo products that you are ordering along with the unit price and quantity for each product.
You can store any product in the basket and open the product for editing and ordering at any time later; you can also delete products.
Some products (e.g. photo books or calendars) let you change the quantities for your order in steps of 1 and 10.
Any available additions such as wall mounts or gift boxes, can also be added by ticking the checkbox.
You can select below how you want to process your order, and you can see the order total.
Clicking the "Order now " button launches the corresponding order Assistant which guides you through the ordering procedure.
Click "Start order process" to enter your details and place your order.
Click "Next".
If you already have a user account for your orders, you only need to enter your email address and password.
Click "Next".
If you do not have a user account, select the option "New customer? Register Here".
Click "Next".
A form will then open up in which you can enter your details, as required for the order process.
If required, you can find our privacy policy under "Settings".
Choose payment type (debit/credit cards).
In the delivery address dialogue box, you can choose to enter either your own address or the delivery address of another recipient, e.g. if you would like to send your photo products to someone else.
You will then see a summary of your order and the associated costs.
If you have a voucher code, do not forget to enter it before you checkout.
You need to accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy by ticking the box. You can save or print out the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy using the buttons at the top of the program window.
Click "Next" to upload the product and the associated photos and complete the order process.
The order will be shipped on the same day of production completion to the specified delivery address.
Clicking the "Shop" or "Products" button in the main menu will take you back to the main product overview page.
If you have just created a product with the product editor, you will be asked whether you want to save the product and/or place it in your shopping basket.
The Welcome screen lets you select another photo product and launch the matching editor to customise the product.
